By signing in with Google or Apple, you confirm you are at least 13 and agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
2. Service
FirmShare lets users share coupons, apply to receive them, and build trust via contribution scores, tiers, and leaderboard. We are a platform only—not the issuer, merchant, or party to any coupon.
All listings are screened via true/false feedback; low-trust accounts may face restrictions. Users may report authenticity after claiming or email firmshare.hk@gmail.com about suspicious content. No off-platform contact or private messaging.
3. Accounts
Google or Apple sign-in required. One account per person. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Conduct
No fake/expired coupons, impersonation, harassment, score manipulation, fraud, automation abuse, or off-platform contact in listings or apply reasons. Violations may lead to score penalties, suspension, or ban.
5. Listings
Accurate deadlines; application deadline before coupon expiry; claim details after winning a slot only; no contact info. Choose approval or first come. Optional public display name/avatar.
6. Apply, approve, feedback
Apply reason required (no contact info). Approval: owner picks one. First come: first successful applicant wins. All in-app; honest feedback affects contribution and Coupon FUN.
7. Contribution, tiers & Coupon FUN
Scores reflect successful shares and feedback. Tiers affect daily apply quota (Coupon FUN). Leaderboard ranks by shares and score. Not a financial promise or cash entitlement.
8. IP
App IP belongs to FirmShare. You grant us a licence to display your listing content for platform operation.
9. Disclaimer
Service provided "as is". We do not guarantee coupon validity or uninterrupted service. You bear risks of using coupons.
10. Liability cap
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees paid in the past 12 months (zero for this free service).
11. Termination
You may delete your account anytime. We may suspend for breaches.
12. Governing law
Governed by the laws of the Hong Kong SAR. Disputes: negotiate first, then Hong Kong courts.
