"FirmShare" (the "App" or "we/us") is a C2C coupon sharing platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal data.

3. Data we collect
Account data via Apple/Google Sign In (user ID, email if shared, display name, avatar). User content: listings, apply reasons (owner-only), true/false feedback. Automatic: device/OS, usage logs, IP via Cloudflare, push token if enabled. We do not collect precise location, contacts, health/biometric/financial data, or data from children under 13.
4. How we use data
To operate accounts, sharing, applications, approvals, feedback, contribution scores, tiers, leaderboard, daily apply quota (Coupon FUN), push alerts (with consent), fraud prevention, support, and legal compliance. We do not sell personal data.
5. Sharing with others
We do not show your email or phone to others. Optional display name/avatar may appear on feed/leaderboard. Apply reasons are owner-only. Claim details unlock in-app after approval. No in-app messaging or off-platform contact. Processors: Apple, Google, Cloudflare.
6. Retention
Account data while active. Anonymised transaction records up to 24 months after deletion. Logs up to 90 days. PII deleted or irreversibly anonymised on account deletion.
7. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (including Hong Kong PDPO, GDPR where applicable), you may access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your data. Contact firmshare.hk@gmail.com.
8. Account deletion
Delete anytime via Settings → Profile → Delete account. We remove PII, cancel open listings, and revoke login. Completed contribution records may remain anonymised (see §6). Backups fully purged within up to 30 days.
9. Security
HTTPS, OAuth via Apple/Google, session tokens in Secure Store, authenticated API. No system is 100% secure.
10. Children
Not for users under 13. Contact firmshare.hk@gmail.com if a child's data was collected by mistake.
11. Cross-border transfers
Data may be processed outside Hong Kong via Cloudflare with appropriate safeguards.
12. Updates
We may update this policy. Material changes will be notified in-app or via the "Last updated" date in the header.
